Wedding days are full of promise but rarely flawless, be it for reasons that tickle the funny bone or tug at the heartstrings. In the spirit of second chances, Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa is throwing one lucky pair an “I Do Redo.” Through March 29, 2015, couples can share their wedding day saga with a favorite photo or video on Facebook for the chance to win a magnificent wedding celebration at South Florida’s beautiful beachfront retreat.
Entering the contest is simple: Fans of Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort can visit its Facebook page at facebook.com/FLPMarriott and submit their story with photo or video on the “I Do Redo” contest tab. The resort’s wedding specialists will choose their favorite entry – be it silly or sentimental – for the grand prize wedding celebration. One lucky couple will be treated to a 2015 soiree for up to 50 guests including a stunning beach ceremony overlooking the Atlantic and a vibrant reception with fabulous food and drink, all expertly choreographed by the resort’s seasoned planners.
Greater Fort Lauderdale’s best event specialists are graciously contributing as well, with floral design by Panache Style, photography, videography, lighting and DJ beats by Ron Wood Photography & Video, a wedding cake by Dona Doce and hair and makeup for five by Ultimate Bridal Beauty. During their four-night stay, the couple will enjoy the best of Pompano Beach and the resort’s environs, including a 50-minute massage and pre-wedding manicure at its ocean-inspired SiSpa. Two guestrooms are set aside for two nights to accommodate VIP wedding guests, with additional rooms available at a favorable group rate.
Anticipating a bevy of compelling stories, Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort’s wedding specialists will also offer a second and third place prize, each consisting of a two-night stay in an Ocean View guestroom with daily breakfast and valet parking. For all prizes, transportation and incidentals are not included, and resort arrangements are subject to availability and blackout dates. Unused guest rooms will not carry over as a credit following the event or promotion period.
